Sisters make our convent their new home.

Sisters

Sr. Jennifer and Sr. Loretto with Fr. Nick

It has been awhile since our convent building has been a convent. For the past 15 years or so the old convent building has served as a rectory for our pastor or resident priest.  In December, however, the St. Bernadette community welcomed two sisters who have made the convent their home.  Sister Loretto and Jennifer are Sisters of Charity from Nigeria.  They work in the ministry of refugee resettlement through Catholic Relief Services in Indianapolis.  The parish community is excited about our residents.
